   They have all sorts of LEGITIMATE contract/part-time/full time projects that you can do from home.

   Nothing is legitimate, sorry.

   Your best option is to simply find a job that does allow telecommuting but work a few months before doing so. Most places that do allow working from home require you to have worked in office for a pretty fair amount time.

   Frankly, I think anyone who wants to work from home is pathetically lazy and incapable of finding real work. A job is meant to be difficult, not a complete cakewalk.
