I would like to know that, too. I bought a domain through my ISP, and they bought it in their name. Now, they will not even call me back.

An unregulated web,not to be confused with censorship, is rife with insider advantages. Perhaps you should have researched your right to a claim of authenticity more fervently-you get you pay for.
