Avoid Losing Sales & Keep Your Customers With Credit Cards

Scot Johns asked:

Let me ask you a question…

If I was to tell you that I could show you how to increase your sales, dodge losing future customers, increase your cashflow, expedite your invoice collections, and offer a service that will keep your customers purchasing from you over and over again for only a few greenbacks per day would you be interested?

It mostly dazzles me what number of folks say “yes” to that question.

So what is this proved technique to boost your business cash-flow?

All you need to do is just start accepting credit cards deals!

clearly we are moving in the direction of being a cashless society as fewer and fewer people carry money the way they once did.

With that said does it not seem sensible to make purchasing from your company simple and convenient by accepting credit cards from your clients?

it mostly dazzles me to see how much emphasis business owners spend on promoting their websites and how little they spend on their payment solutions.

The one thing you’ve got to understand about selling on the web is that folk buy on emotion and impulse!

Think about all the time and money you invested to get shoppers to go to your site and buy from you. There’s cost in the internet site & blog you have made. It needs time to pen good content and have it syndicated. Maybe you are paying a search engine optimization company to help you gain favorable organic listings. Maybe you’re participating in pay per click marketing.

Next, you need to develop a sales funnel which includes a great chase up system to manage your potential sales leads as well as an auto responder system or whatever other means you are using to close the sale.

The point is it takes time and money to form sales & marketing strategies and I believe you’d agree that the reason behind all these efforts is simple….

To make a sale!

It’s important to have a shop account ( electronic payment system ) that is as professional as your existing promotional efforts. Sure you may use a third party supplier such as PayPal but don’t forget their credit card processing rates are far higher than a traditional credit card processing rates ( in some cases 1 percent higher ) and your money isn’t electronically deposited directly into your account.

Instead, you need to manually make a request for the transfer which can take 4 or more days for the funds to be deposited into your account. Having to manually make a request for the funds transfer takes ages and could cause cash flow challenges.

PayPal isn’t transparent to the user, and will not allow you to push your brand to your buyer. Instead, you are forced to promote PayPal’s brand, which can provide you with a less than professional image. Lower tiered PayPal accounts force your buyer to register for a PayPal account which can have kill the sale as it forces your buyer to leave your site and go thru a lengthy registration process.

As a Web marketer the very last thing you want to do is allow your buyer to leave your site without making a purchase. So as you can see while a 3rd party provider such as PayPal is an intriguing solution as there is no monthly service costs it can be catastrophic to your sales should your buyer not be a PayPal user.

A conventional merchant account will afford you the chance to accept credit cards from your customers without jumping thru hoops and it guarantees you get paid at the lowest prepaid credit card rate possible. So if it only costs you a few dollars to make your customers cheerful and have them buy from you time after time and over again, does it not make sense to begin putting a bit more thought into the system that eventually brings you what you desire – the sale?
